Cronulla’s new, multi-venue hotel Parc Pavilion will open in stages over 16 days from Tuesday May 20.

Operators, The Feros Group, say Parc Pavilion “brings four unique venues under one roof, delivering an experience like no other to Sutherland Shire”.

“Perfectly located in the heart of Cronulla, overlooking Monro Park and just steps from the train station and the beach, Parc Pavilion is designed to welcome both locals and visitors,” a statement said.

“The ground floor opens on the 20th May with two exciting venues: Parc Bistro, offering casual, family-friendly dining with both dine-in and takeaway options, and Mr Monro’s – the go-to front bar for live sports, after-work drinks, and entertainment.

“Upstairs, The Terrace opens on the 26th May, serving up fresh cocktails, Italian-inspired bites, and DJ sets with a view.

“Rounding out the experience, Call Me Mamma – the ultimate dining destination promising good times, great food, and a vibrant energy – opens Thursday 5th June.”

Feros Group chief executive said, “Cronulla has been waiting for a venue like Parc”.

“We wanted to create an all-encompassing space that celebrates everything we love about this community – the energy, the lifestyle, the people,” he said.

“Parc Pavilion is designed to be a place locals feel proud of and becomes a highlight for visitors”.

Mr Feros said the “highly experienced and talented chef” Jamie Gannon was the new culinary director.

“With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and memorable menu creations, Jamie will be starting at Parc Pavilion, overseeing each of the venue’s kitchens,” he said.

Mr Gannon said, “I’m thrilled to be joining such a food-driven group and to be working alongside my long-time friend, group executive chef Paul Pirreca.

“The entire Feros team has done an incredible job bringing Parc to life, and I can’t wait to help make it a local favourite – and a must-visit destination for greater Sydney.

“We’re bringing a slice of the Mediterranean to the Shire.”

Parc Pavilion’s interior architecture and design is the work of Sydney’s award-winning H&E.
