Sammut Property Group has topped out its $140m luxury apartment development on Sydney’s southern beaches.
The project is being built at 67 Gerrale Street in Cronulla within the Sutherland Shire, 26km south of Sydney CBD. Sammut purchased the amalgamated beachfront block for $38m in 2022.
Known as PALM, the project will comprise 23 apartments above ground-floor retail. The mix includes two and three-bedroom residences, along with a premium penthouse, designed by PBD Architects with interiors by MIM Design.
About 65% of apartments have already been sold, according to Sammut.
Construction is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2026, with the works being delivered by Versatile Construction.
Sammut Property Group has other developments in the Cronulla suburb including Parc Pavilion and VUE.
