One of the most important houses built in Sydney and Australia will be on the market next week.
The magnificent trophy house in Burraneer, Sutherlandshire is simply epic, with 3,965 square meters of interior space on six floors-three of which are underground.
The property is called “Australia’s best house” and is owned by entrepreneur Steve Shelley, who bought four adjacent houses and spent $30 million in four years to build this masterpiece.

Other facilities include a safe room, ensuite bathroom with steam shower, yoga and pilates studio, teppanyaki barbecue and gym. Mr. Malouf said that if the property is located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, it could easily become the most expensive property in Australia.
“If this house were on the waterfront in the eastern suburbs, it would be a house worth 120 million U.S. dollars,” he said.
The finished product led the Housing Industry Association to award Nautilus the annual Australian Housing Award and the 2016 People’s Choice Award.
