Ground floor dining and retail enrich the streetscape, while three commercial suites on the first floor create a dynamic mixed-use address. Parking is streamlined through a fully automated Hercules car parking system. 35 spaces efficiently stacked across two levels reflect a thoughtful integration of technology and convenience.
The boutique project features one, two and three-bedroom apartments, each envisioned with sophisticated layouts.
