Leading luxury developer Sammut Group’s contribution to the future of Cronulla is being highlighted with an innovative new showroom/display suite in Cronulla Mall showcasing five Sammut Group projects with apartments available for sale.

Sammut Group Chief Operating Officer Julian Sammut says “We’re always pushing the envelope, whether it is by providing our clients with class-leading facilities or giving them access to an Australian-first showroom experience like this one.”

The showroom, which is called Collection, is divided up into five pods, each focusing on a dynamic new Sammut Group development. Four are in Cronulla: Vue, Salt, Palm, and Sea, while Coast is under construction on the Gold Coast.

Clients can view interactive televisual displays which are connected to a live App developed by display suite technology specialists, DisplaySweet. There is also a large, interactive 3D model of VUE, the landmark mixed-use development soon to be built on Kingsway, moments from the beach at the gateway to Cronulla.

“Collection is quite empowering in its transparency, in the way it gives potential buyers everything they need to make a completely informed decision, from floorplans and sight-lines to fixtures and finishes and CGIs of rooms and facilities. The Collection showroom is an inspiring place that enables our clients to imagine their best life possible,” said Julian.

Highland Partner and Head of Marketing Luke Barbuto says they have seen an overwhelmingly positive response to the new showroom.

“The feedback we’re getting is that the interactive televisual displays and the DisplaySweet App have made it a lot easier for people to envisage the finished product,” he says.

“Because the VUE model is interactive, we can pull up a floorplan on the monitor and the corresponding apartment in the 3D model lights up so clients can see exactly where it is within the development.

“We can also flip from any room on the floorplan to the CGI, to see what that room will actually look like. The same goes for the views. We can look at a view for example over Gunnamatta Bay, and then we can take people across to the model to show which balcony provides that view. It’s all very seamless and enabling.”

The VUE model is intricately detailed, right down to the resort-style swimming pool podium and its deck chairs.

DisplaySweet, a Melbourne-based Australian company, with offices in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Auckland, and New York City is behind the stunning new Collection.

DisplaySweet is the leader in sales and marketing property technology, having been pioneers in the space just under a decade ago.

DisplaySweet Account Director ANZ, Marcus Skeggs says this is the first time in Australia that such a high-tech multi-development showroom has been attempted.

“Sammut Group came to us and asked us to come up with a suite from which they could provide information about all of their current off-the-plan developments,” said Mr Skeggs.

“We created a customised branded DisplaySweet App for their portfolio. It houses all the collateral that you would normally put together for a marketing campaign; including brochures, films, CGIs and all your floor plans.

“We installed multiple screens from which selling agents can connect to the App and present different projects. It really starts to paint a picture for buyers, so they can imagine themselves walking in the front door, kicking off their shoes and pouring themselves a glass of wine at night.

“With our App, we can create a filter that is tailored to specific criteria set by the prospective buyer. We can then present all relevant apartments on a screen, favourite them, and attach an email directly to a buyer so they can review the PDFs.

“We can also send them a tailored, personalized brochure link where the buyer can view all the properties that they looked at with the agent at the showroom. They can view everything; the floor plates, the floor plans, all the CGI, all the content that they need to make that decision.”

Collection is located at 76 Cronulla Street, Cronulla. Open Monday – Sunday 10:30am – 3:30pm or by appointment.
