New South Wales based Sammut Developments has won the HIA-CSR Australian Home of the Year award for ‘Nautilus’, a seven bedroom, six-storey waterfront home.
The home also won the Australian Custom Built Home award, partnered by Stramit Building Products. Judges were impressed with the level of detail and high-quality finishes.
