Cronulla-Based Developer Sammut Group has celebrated the topping out of its luxury development, SALT, a boutique residential project in South Cronulla.
The $18 Million project, designed by Innovate Architects, comprises four full-floor luxury apartments each with a generous 143 sqm internal floorplate complete with two large balconies totalling 36sqm of external area looking out to North-East and South-West views.
Sammut Group Chief Operating Officer Julian Sammut says this residential project is significant for Sammut Group as it links back to the company’s origins.

Sammut Group celebrated this significant milestone with builder, RAW Constructions, a family-operated construction company, and other project partners.

Located at 44 Gerrale Street Cronulla, the luxury development adds to the already strong presence Sammut Group has in Cronulla with its future developments, VUE and PARC, only a short distance away.

The full-floor apartments have been meticulously crafted to exude a sense of spaciousness, complemented by private lobby access. Each of the four apartments is of equal size, showcasing an elegant design that embodies sophistication.

SALT is expected to complete construction towards the end of this year.
